Shipping policy

Shipping rates and Delivery Estimates:

I offer flat-rate shipping for all orders within the UK which you are able to choose between at checkout this will be either Royal Mail 24hr or 48hr tracked postage.

International orders are welcome and I ship worldwide, delivery prices will vary depending on the country of destination.

IMPORTANT - Please note that additional customs duties, taxes and fees may apply upon delivery, the payment of custom fees is the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

Order Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). 

Orders placed after 1pm will be processed on the next business day.

 

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking:

ALL ORDERS ARE SENT TRACKED for added peace of mind and security.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Shipping Carriers:

I primarily use Royal Mail for domestic and International shipments.

 

Shipping Damage or Loss:

In the event that your arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact me immediately.

I will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
